1.Purchase of E-Cigarette and accessories by individuals under the legal age is prohibited.
2.We only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the United States, excluding New York, Pennsylvania, Montana, and South Carolina.
3.We do not ship to United States Minor Outlying Islands, including Puerto Rico , Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam , and Alaska .
4.Shipping to PO. BOX addresses is not available.
5.Please refrain from purchasing if your address is in the USA minor outlying islands or a PO. BOX address.
6.When making payment, please list your special requirements (taste, packaging, etc.) in the remarks. The processing time for orders varies depending on the product type and inventory status. In most cases, the processing time is 3-5 working days after receiving payment.
7. Any product you order can only be shipped after the third-party platform (bank) receives your payment. We ship through EMS, DHL, DPD, UPS, etc. according to the actual situation.
